Who Walked It
When I started working with the Abandoned Warrior, it touched something very deep in me and I began crying. It taught me something very valuable: never betray and abandon myself again.
So far, I have mostly worked with the Abandoned Warrior, and I am still continuing with it. What surprised me was how quickly the affirmation seemed to reach my subconscious, perhaps because this wound was so deep. It connected with my emotions almost immediately. Even when I was simply reading about the active imagination process, I could already feel strong emotions arising.
It also feels to me that the power of this work can be channeled toward other wounds as well, and that it can support a wider healing and integration process.
